I am currently planning a meeting for all Event Team Members for Thursday evening at 7pm. Downtown Jacksonville.

Anyone who attended the Planning Team Meeting last week might remember how hectic it got when we tried to combine the Planning Group with the Event Team...this time, things should run a little smoother, as each of these teams will hold their own meeting this time...

We, the Event Team, will be planning our own meeting to discuss our plans & to help coordinate the requests we have received from the other Teams. I propose this meeting take place on Thursday evening so as not to conflict with the Tues evening City Council activities or the Planning Team meeting already scheduled for Wed.
