Event Team Updates...

greetings event team!

today i reached out to all of you who signed up to be part of this team on saturday. i am currently waiting on a few more responses and then i should be able to share the contact list with all of you.

once we are in contact, we can begin planning our first steps as a team. i look forward to working with all of you!

here's to a great start!
we already have requests from the medical & media teams...as well as an event being planned with the art team...
things are rolling along and we've definitely got work to do...

and so, with this in mind, i would like to make my first proposition to the group:
a meeting to be held either thursday or friday evening, time and place to be discussed amongst the group
