This is a fantastic article that I feel like anyone involved in activism should read (despite its length!). Don't be put off by its focus on radical activism and the left; I think much of this ends up applying to all movements for justice. A couple of friends of mine who helped in New Orleans had encounters with Brandon Darby and they weren't shocked by what happened, either.
