Permits Empty Permits

What kind of permit do we need? How much will it cost? How do we get things in motion? This is something that will keep coming up as time goes on. Let's cross our T's and dot our I's if we can. Cost may be a factor though.

I have read of other cities with occupy movements charging upwards of $1,000,000 to hold permits... Lunacy
