Goals Group - Names/Scope

Zach posted a great suggestion in Planning Team group, however, the ability to reply is restricted. Is there a reason for this restriction?

Anyway, I would say a Goals group is a great idea. The name I would suggest are either Oversight or Steering. The purpose of this group is to watch over all groups and help streamline communications between groups. Also, it would interface with GAs located elsewhere. Forum-wide goals would certainly fall under the scope of this group.
