Legal team :) Empty Legal team :)

For possible future protest, hopefully soon: the front of Bank of America downtown, 50 West State Street. When I was walking to the Pink Slip Rick protest yesterday, we happened to walk in front of it. I was trying to survey it to see where the city property begins and BOA ends and vice versa, but it wasn't quite that easy because they have some fancy ass sidewalk with marble and brick. I've done some searching online tonight but can't seem to find any plans for the building.
If we're going to protest them soon, I'd like to know where we can stand legally without them sending someone out there to have us kicked off the property right away. Very Happy

Technically, all sidewalks are on somebody's property. But the city easement goes 10-feet onto the property. It's the same reason the city can stick a phone pole in your front yard, the mail man can use your mail box and the trash man can pick up your... well... trash. So no matter how fancy their side walk, it should still be fair game. I'll run it by the lawyers when I get a chance though, just to be sure. Wink
